TRANSFER DETAILS (excluded from the room rate):
• Your transfers to and from JOALI Maldives will be booked by the resort based on your international flight arrival/departure flight.
• On your arrival, our hosts at Velana International Airport will meet you at the arrival area holding our JOALI board who will then assist you to the seaplane check-in counter. After check-in, our team will escort you to our lounge at the airport where you will be able to rest, relax, and enjoy refreshments while waiting for the seaplane to be ready to board.
• Please note that we require your international flight numbers no later than 7 days prior to arrival in order to ensure a smooth and timely transfer.
• All flight schedules are received one day prior to the date of transfer.
• Duration: approximately 40 minutes between Male’ airport and JOALI Maldives. Please note that seaplanes may make a stop in another resort en-route. The journey time may therefore exceed 40 minutes based on the flight schedule. For maximum comfort, we recommend booking a private seaplane which flies directly to/from our island.
• Seaplane company will use its best endeavors to ensure that arriving passengers are departing seaplane airport within 2 hours from the time of check in at seaplane terminal.
• Operational Hours: seaplanes are operational only during daytime. Latest international arrival to Male should be 15:30 hours.
• Baggage Allowance: The standard permissible weight is 25 kg, which includes 20 kg of checked-in luggage and 5 kg of hand luggage per person. The weight for any bag should not exceed 32 kg. Extra baggage will be charged at USD 5.00 per kg per way + 12% Tourism GST.
• Private JOALI seaplane is USD 9,500 net per way (maximum 8 persons.) • For Travel Dates from Now until 25 December 2023 and USD 10,000 net per way (maximum 8 persons) For Travel Dates from 26 December to 10 January.
• Shared return regular Seaplane price from 22 April to 10 October 2023 : USD 940 net per adult and USD 470 net per child aged 2 – 11 years old. Infant will be complimentary sharing parents’ lap.
• Shared return regular Seaplane price from 11 October 2023 to 20 December 2024 : USD 1450 net per adult and USD 725 net per child aged 2 – 11 years old. Infant will be complimentary sharing parents’ lap.

Special Kids Stay and Eat free from 23 April to 10 October 2023, Excludes In Villa Dining, Kids Seaplane chargeable.

CHILD POLICY
Children 5 years and below stay free of charge as per maximum occupancy per villa. They eat free from infant and Junior Gourmet menus when dining in restaurant.

EXTRA PERSON POLICY
• Children aged 5years old and below can stay complimentary in a villa accompanied by at least one parent/guardian.
• Children below 12 staying in Water base villa will need to sign a liability waiver form.
• For Travel Dates from 22 Dec 2021 – 21 December 2022: Extra adult rate is USD 400 per person and USD 150 per child aged 2 – 11 years old subject to taxes.

COMPULSORY FESTIVE MEALS

A fabulously relaxing and luxurious holiday. We look forward to returning
The quality of Joali’s design was superb. every detail was beautiful and harmonious. It is a very relaxed and sophisticated place at the same time. The main like was the staff, they were all genuinely outstanding.
The food and beverage was a lovely mix of choices, however we did feel it was a bit pricey.

very good lucation but the food is not up to the expactation.
I liked to room size and the view. I liked the resort size.
They received us with the hotel rivet seapalane and the departuer was a low and cheap seaplane taxi. it was very disapoiting. The food qulatiy need emprovment.
